Basic Plan – $35 +GST/month

Why VoIP?

Replace your traditional landline phones with Voice over IP – also known as VoIP or internet telephony. Call Routing

Call routing works together with Interactive Voice Response (IVR), whereby a caller dialling into your system can choose from a variety of options by pressing a button on their keypad on the menu. Improve call efficiency by having customers dial directly into the department they are looking for, and provide customers additional info before even picking up the phone. 

Voicemail features

Easily access voicemails for each phone line in the system. Call recording is also available, so you can easily track past calls for accountability, quality and training purposes. 

Redirection and advanced routing

Is your business closing for a public holiday? Easily reroute calls to voicemail or to an emergency mobile number so that your business can continue to function seamlessly. 

5 numbers included

Allow employees to have their own direct-dial number (DDI) which goes directly to their extension when somebody calls them. Put this number in their email signature so that customers can easily get in touch without having to go through menus or people. 

Softphone

Replace bulky desk phones with a slim headset and docking station that allows you to pick up and dial out to ordinary numbers, directly from your PC, as well as doubling as a handy headset for Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings.
